Error code "E2" means defective or not connected floor sensor. Check connections and eventually replace sensor.

Question: My unit covers the kitchen floor. red led has been ON for the last three days. I reset and then show the temperature, however 5 mins later the led in ON again.
Answer

Your heat mat or instalation between thermostat and heat mat has a fail current to ground. The thermostat has to your safety cut off the power. Please contact your local electrician.

Question: The floor mats have a ground wire, however the thermostat has no terminal for ground. What shall I do with the ground wire?

The ground wire in the floor mat must be connected directly to the ground wire of the supply.
