| Output 3 |
| How do I turn K3 on on the ETO2 controller? |
|
| Output K3 |
K3 is activated when there is a heat demand (snowmelting) in 1-zone configuration. In this configuration all 3 relays are activated at the same time. |
| |
| Supply/return sensor |
| If i use ETO2 controller with ETOG-55 outdoor sensor to a water-based 1 zone heating system do i need also supply/return water temperature sensors? |
|
| Water sensor |
Yes - if you configure the controller to waterbased you have to connect a supply and return water sensor. If you don't want to superwise supply and return water temperature - change the configuration to Electrical 1-zone. |

| Snowmelt control output voltage |
| What is the voltage output of the three output relays? Manual shows .3 x 16amps |
|
| Outputrelays |
The three output relays + the alarm relay are all voltage-free (potentinal free) outputs. |

| Defective ETOG-55 temperature sensor |
| The temperature sensor in my buried ETOG-55 doesn't work. What do I do if I don't want to dig up the sensor? |
|
| Alternative |
- Remove the wires for the temperature sensor from the ETO2 terminals.
- Mount a ETF-744/99 sensor on the outdoor sensor input.
- Reinstall the unit (Password 1202).
- Set the used sensor input to ETOR instead of ETOG
- Set outdoor sensor to on |

| type of sensor |
| I want to connect your sensors ETOG55 to my own system. I need to know, what type of sensor you use in it. Type of resistance thermometer (pt100-1000 or ni100) and type of humidity sensor.

|
| Snowmelting sensor |
The ETOG-55 sensor uses a 12kOhm (25°C) NTC temperature sensor.

Moist detection is done by measuring resistance between the two metal rings. |
