Question: I have either the OCC2 or the OCD2 installed recently, how can I tell which model it is I have?
Answer
  • Press both UP and DOWN buttons together for 3 seconds. INFO is displayed

  • Press UP button until you reach the "APP" sub menu. Select the sub menu with the OK button.

  • Try changing application type. If "roLi" is available the thermostat is a OCD2.

Answer

Question: Hi - we have a OCC2 for under floor bathrrom heating - the thermostat / clock keeps clicking in and off every few seconds when it is supposed to be heating up. The display goes blank and then reappears with an audible click for a few seconds. What is happening?
Answer

The internal power supply of the thermostat has over the years derated. Please contact your local dealer for replacement.

"E2" means defective or disconnected floor sensor. Sensor resistance should be 12kOhm at 25°C (72°F).
